Learn from their guide how to protect your property and children with legal documents like Power of Attorney and Short-Term Guardianship.
Immigrant Legal Resource Center Red Cards
The ILRC has developed red cards for use by all people in the United States, regardless of immigration status. These red cards give examples of how people can exercise their rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. However, they do not provide individualized legal advice. Community members are encouraged to check in with a trusted legal service provider for questions about their situation. Print red cards below in your preferred language - click here for additional information.
